Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be retained on an exclusive basis to recruit for an Interim Finance & Business Operations Manager for an excellent, growing Multi Academy Trust based in Leicestershire.
Your new role
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on the direction of the academy with regards to all non-teaching support services. You will ensure that the Academy makes the best possible use of resources through effective financial and strategic planning, including the efficient development, provision and operation of all Academy support services, to ensure best practice, financial stability and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
You previous track record of operating in a similar role will ultimately lead to your success here. You must have significant leadership and management experience within an education environment and you will also ideally hold an accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). You will be experienced in budgeting and financial reporting, excel and data manipulation, and you will be a clear and confident communicator at all levels.
