Billings Specialist - 6 months temporary role - Central London in a Law Firm - Up to £35,000 pro rata


Your New Company

A new and exciting temporary job has just become available in a leading law firm in Central London. They are looking to recruit a hard working individual with excellent customer and client communications skills. The client are searching for someone who works well in a fast paced environment and has an analytical and autonomous approach to their work.

Your New Role

You will be in a team of billings clerks working closely together to invoice contracts and credit notes. You will be raising a high volume of invoices daily. Some of your daily tasks will include aiding month end reports and supporting query management as and when queries arise. You will be setting up new accounts and ensuring correct rates and VAT details are added. You will be dealing with Multicurrency and will ideally have a sound knowledge of international VAT conversions.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will need a strong billings experience background and have good time management and organisational skills in order to meet deadlines. You must have professional services experience. You'll have strong Excel skills and preferably experience in using systems such as ADERANT, ORACLE, SAP and ELITE. You are a flexible individual who uses your initiative well and conducts yourself in a professional manner.
