Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is a direct services organisation that will carry out response repairs and maintenance requirements for approximately 4,000 Choice properties in the Greater Belfast and County Antrim area.

Choice Services will become operational in May 2017 and was established following a strategic decision to depart from solely using external contractors.

It will employ various trades and professionals and provide in-house building and specialist works to service Choice.

The building services include:

• Response maintenance
• Change of tenancy repairs
• Adaptations for disabled tenants,
• Project works

The works will cover various trades including: building, electrical, plumbing, painting/decorating, roofing, grounds and general maintenance.

As well as directly employing our own technicians, Choice Services will also be appointing sub-contractors to work with us to deliver these trades.

Choice Services is based at Maple House, Belfast and will operate to the same core values as Choice; trustworthy, customer focused and dynamic providing common language and acceptable standards of behaviour.
