We work with the devolved Scotland and central teams to deliver our business objectives for the best value possible. Our Scotland finance team are business partners to the route managing director's organisation and provide the information required to make crucial business decisions and also work with external customers and suppliers to achieve value for money. We also have a number of responsibilities regarding corporate governance and act as a 'check and balance' for the business. Provide pro-active business expertise to the Delivery Unit. Provide support and challenge to influence decisions to achieve efficiencies in the Delivery Unit.
