Part-time NHS Contract Accountant

Part-time NHS accountant, contract accountant, non-acute contract accountant, NHS Finance Manager


A local CCG has a rate opportunity for a part-time time accountant to oversee their non-acute contracts. This is a 0.6 FTE role (3 days a week)

Your new role
You will be responsible for the provision of finance and business support to the Contracting and Finance teams, taking a lead on the financial aspect of a range of NHS contracts between the service providers and the CCG. You will support the development of the contracts with the Assistant Director

You will also support CCG financial reporting, including working collaboratively with the Head of Financial Planning and Reporting, Assistant Director of Contracting, Contract Finance and Head of Business Intelligence to develop key data and reporting systems.


What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified accountant, with NHS experience in financial management, ideally with some contract management or commissioning experience.
