Client Details
My client is a private equity backed FMCG products business with some established and much loved brands within their portfolio. With a turnover of £60million, their brands are found in the majority of major supermarkets and a number of high street shops and pharmacies. With ambitious growth plans the business has already doubled in size over the last few years and are now looking to increase growth again both organically and through acquisitions.
Based in their impressive modern offices in Hounslow, they require a strong commercial finance manager or analyst to join their growing finance team. This role is pivotal in driving profitability and performance of the organisation to facilitate the desired growth.
Description
The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for one direct report and the following:
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams
- Provide robust analysis by business, sku, category and brand across sales, marketing and margin
- ROI analysis on promotional spend
- Managing business P&L forecasts and projections
- Driving operational plan
- Manage commercial reporting
- Ad hoc analysis as required
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience and must have demonstrable experience working in commercial finance within the FMCG or retail industries.
