Description

This is a temporary Part Time Accounts Assistant role position for 6 months but our client is recruiting for this position on a permanent basis so will be a great opportunity to get in on a temp to perm basis! This is for a charity organisation-

You will be responsible for:

• Processing up to 100 invoices per day

• Inputting invoices onto the system

• Matching, batching and coding invoices

• Checking all details on invoices are correct

• Communicating with customers and clients on the phone and email

• Resolving invoice related queries

• Processing up to 100 invoices per day

• Chasing varying amounts of debt from £10 up to £25m

• Looking after over 600 clients at a time

• Negotiating payment plans with clients and customers

• Resolving outstanding invoices

• Inputting data

• Building rapport with existing and new clients

Profile

You will be the perfect candidate for this role if you:

• Are available to start a new position within 1 week of applying

• Have worked within a Accounts Assistant role previously

This is a temporary opportunity that will be running for a 6 month period. It is a great chance for you to work in a great business with great growth opportunities. The client is paying between £9 and £11 per hour dependent on experience.
