Overview:We have a new exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join an established company with extensive history in providing expertise on innovative products and services. As a Purchase Ledger you will manage the Sales and Purchase functions for the client's in the Group of Companies. You will also be in charge of upholding professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all queries are addressed within a timely manner. Responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor : Manage the Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger teams Management of Credit and Insurance Reviewing month end reporting Reviewing Accounts Payable Ledger invoices and debit balances on a monthly basis Prepare monthly Supplier statement reconciliation and liaise with suppliers to address discrepancies. Review Purchase Ledger tasks and providing support.
