Finance Analyst job, Weybridge paying up to £50k + Bonus + Benefits

Your new role
Reporting into the FD and as part of a small, FP&A team, you will be taking on a role that oversees the FP&A activities for the Europe region. This will include reviewing the financial accounting teams month end numbers, analysing and investigating any anomalies, providing commentary and variance analysis on the actuals vs year to date, budget and year-on-year figures, forecasting as well as a number of commercial projects to improve month end, accuracy of data and efficiencies. At the beginning of the year, you'll also be heavily involved in the budget setting process. This is a highly visible role within the business and you will also take a lead on business partnering with a number of senior stakeholders utilising your commercial analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent) you should have accounting experience within a large organisation. Experience in SAP is a pre-requisite but most importantly is a can-do approach and the confidence to throw yourself into a busy, challenging environment with opportunities to work with some of the brightest in the industry.
