Reporting into the Managing Director your role will give you a real breadth of experience including partnering with the senior management team, managing a small finance team as well as being responsible for processes and procedures. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation and analysis of management accounts Balance sheet reconciliation and management Monthly meetings and financial coaching of departmental heads Regular reforecasting based on budget versus spend Build and develop a finance team suitable for the businesses needs Suitable candidates must be qualified, have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate past experience of working within a fast growing SME.
