Your new Management Accountant job based in Weybridge, Surrey will be joining a well established organisation with free parking onsite, cafe, gym in a modern open plan environment.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be taking on a broad position with exposure across the European offices. This highly visible role will see you take ownership of monthly management reporting/month end, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and overseeing systems controls. You'll also be key to standardising processes/procedures and driving improvements. This is a great opportunity to progress in a well known business, reporting into a highly experienced, qualified Financial Controller.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), you should have experience working in a large organisation looking after a month end process. IFRS experience would be beneficial but most importantly is an aptitude for change and improving processes/procedures in a fast paced environment.
