My client a well-established Manufacturing Organisation based in Hounslow is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. Duties will include:
• Generating and processing the standard and variable salaries of employees on time
• Termination (P45), redundancy & statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SPP & SAP)
• Checking/Processing all timesheets
• Calculating & ensuring the accuracy of Tax, NIC, Student Loan, Pension & other Deductions.
• Updating Attachments of Earning Orders (AEO) & County Court Judgement (CCJ) in payroll, ensuring the deductions made according to the regulations and checked manually.
• Adding new employees with P46/P45, Processing Leaver (P45), Generating End of Year Certificate (P60)
• Preparation and reconciliation of all payroll and pension related accounts. The Ideal Candidate will:
• Demonstrate 3 years of Payroll experience
• Be able to calculate payroll manually and through software
• Be confident to work independently and also in a team
• Be immediately available
