Your new company
An exciting, dynamic and modern, family owned business is recruiting a Financial Controller (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or Qualified by Experience) in Huddersfield / Halifax. The company has recently won several major contracts and is in an excellent position to continue its growth.

Your new role
You will be working closely with the Finance Director in this hands-on position managing a small finance team. You will have a direct commercial impact on the company. You will produce financial reports, implement controls, put together budgets and identify improvements. Furthermore you will produce management information and analysis to support the senior leadership team in their decision making.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience working as a Senior Accountant or Financial Controller. Furthermore you will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience of month end and the year-end close process.
