Your new role
Your role will be that of a Finance Manager, based in Sheffield at the head office, working alongside the Financial Accountant and Independent Auditors to prepare all stat accounts for the audit process approaching year end.

Your key responsibilities will include, agreeing with the relevant finance departments adjustments to the underlying records to agree to the final statutory financial statement. Ensuring draft and final statutory accounts are delivered t the auditors within the agreed timetable. Advising and supporting Executive Finance Director and Head of Finance in driving performance and efficiency. Providing routine financial management reports and prepare Financial Reporting Pack on a monthly basis for Head of Finance. Work collaboratively across all functions to share and implement best practice and develop financial understanding of team members at all levels.

This role also has the possibility of progressing into a Permanent position for the right person!

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need experience using IT systems as implementation and configuration of systems may be required, experience Managing a team would be desirable, previous experience within Public Sector Organisations is preferable and an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualification is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience within this role is beneficial to securing this position.
