Our client, a market leader in the Manufacturing sector, is looking to bring in a Financial Controller to drive forward all areas of finance and the business in Reading.

Description

The Financial Controller will drive all areas of finance. You will be the key point of contact providing financial support to non-finance stakeholders and senior management, whilst taking responsibility for all management accounting activities, improving modelling processes, reviewing and improving long term planning, also full responsibility for budgeting and forecasting. The Financial Controller will be constantly improving financial controls and processes as well as managing, mentoring and developing three direct reports.

Profile

For this Financial Controller role in Reading we are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who can work with non-finance and senior stakeholders within the business, providing decision support and analysis. Experience in a all round, hands on Financial Controller position is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite for this role. Manufacturing experience working with stock and costing be highly advantageous also.

Job Offer

£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Private medical, Parking on site
