Description

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

• Producing detailed and accurate financial information to be used to drive business decisions
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Processing payments across a multitude of currencies
• Ensuring the accurate management and posting of invoices
• Assisting in the preparation of detailed reports and journals
• Assisting with the collection of cash and reduction of aged debt
• Working closely with the Finance Manager in month end processes

Profile

The successful candidate for the Accounts Assistant will be:

• Actively pursuing their AAT qualification
• An advanced user of Excel capable of V Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Experienced in a broad range of accounting systems
• Confident in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the business
• A driven and ambitious individual keen to progress
