• Plan , schedule and manage monthly payroll calendar & ensure timely deliveries.
• Responsible for Salary Computation & transfer of associates on a Monthly Basis.
• Verify payroll data & upload on software
• Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF etc)
• Validation of all input before starting salary process.
• Processing accurate & error free salary of employees
