Head of M&A

Your new company
I am working with one of the worlds leading private education businesses to recruit a Head of M&A to join the London based office. This is a multi-billion turnover business that have ambitious growth plans and a truly global presence operating in over 25 countries.

Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the London transaction team of 3 and working closely with regional heads of corporate development globally to deliver on acquisition projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting transactions from origination to completion.
• Full involvement in due diligence processes.
• Preparation and evaluation of complex financial models and preparation of investment cases.
• Lead the integration process on any acquisitions.
• Support the corporate development director on strategic growth plans and risk mitigation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a strong academic background. You will have had M&A transaction experience across multiple continents ideally within a corporate M&A or private equity background. You will need proven success in integration of acquisitions across multiple countries and additional language skills are highly preferable.
