Description
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Management of the annual rent and service charge
- Produce budget
- Produce models to populate the rent
- Looking after the rent roll
- Prepare working papers for statutory and financial reports
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Get involved in adhoc projects
- Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- To produce meaningful commentary
- Proactive in improving processes or methodologies
- Keep up to date on all rent legislation
Profile
Qualified or Qualified by Experience
Must have worked in housing association or had rent and income experience from another industry
Must have the ability to inspire, motivate and support the wider team
Must be skilled in change management
Experience of preparing budgets
