Based in Dunstable they have full parking on site and a supportive management team with this interim Accounts Receivable Officer position having an analytical focus to it with rebate invoicing being key

Description

This Accounts Receivable Officer role will have the following duties and responsibilities

• Supplier income management
• Full Accounts receivable processing and analysis responsibility
• Rebate invoicing
• reconciliation of invoices and banking
• analyse supplier spend
• form proactive ways to improve the Accounts Receivable function

Profile

The successful interim Accounts Receivable Officer will have a strong background in;

• Accounts receivable duties and owning the analysis of the department to include process improvement and management of the rebate invoicing processes and reconciliations
• knowledge of rebate invoicing

The characteristics of the individual will need to include;

• a diligent and hard working approach
• attention to detail
• availability at short notice to start and commit the next 2-3 months at the minimum
• locally based to Dunstable and able to commute daily
