INTERIM SENIOR FINANCE CONTROL AND SOX MANAGER REQUIRED FOR INSURER BASED IN CENTRAL LONDON


Your new company
A leading specialty insurer are looking for an interim Internal Controls and SOX Manager to join the finance function in London. The company boasts a market leading reputation and are based in fantastic offices in a London landmark.

Your new role
You will be responsible for maintenance of an effective and efficient control environment across the group. Ensuring there is consistency in the design, implementation and identification of controls across the group. You will ensure there is robust and timely financial reporting, including SOX-specific requirements. As the business continues to grow you will be responsible for implementing best practice control environments and work closely with financial management and business heads to establish control integrity.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a proven experience in implementation and maintenance of control frameworks in the insurance sector and an expert working knowledge of SOX. You will need a solid understanding of risk management and process implementation and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive and maintain change.
