Your new company

You will be working for a leading and highly successful consultancy company who hold relationships with well-known companies, including over 35% of the FTSE 100, in the busy hub of Canary Wharf. This role has arisen due to a backlog of work and therefore they are looking for a proactive individual who will hit the floor running. This will be an ongoing role with a potential to go permanent. You will need to be immediately available or on 1 week's notice.

Your new role

Working within their diligent and forever forward thinking finance team, you will be reporting into the Credit Manager where you will liaising with the account manager, technical teams and other credit controllers on invoicing/service issues. You must be able to work with a high level of autonomy, making sure you maintain excellent attention to detail and have good communication skills. You will have to deal with a high volume of invoices and a multi-million pound ledger.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need good, robust and recent Credit Control experience. You will need to show key experience in looking after the larger accounts where you have shown evidence in developing relationships with key decision makers. You will be confident in account reconciliations/adjustments and recording new invoices in ledgers. You will be intermediate on Excel and Word and ideally have experience in using the system ORACLE. You will be a patient and determined individual. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional organisation skills, speed and accuracy.
