Finance Manager job in London, responsible for hands on financial management of this real estate focused Family Office.

Your new company
This successful Family Office operates as a real estate business with a large, residential property development, investment and management portfolio. They have seen profitable returns over the years through strategic acquisitions and management, and now actively seeking new investment opportunities to further deploy its capital.

Your new role
Your Finance Manager role is newly created and a key member of the team. The business activities particularly in the UK&I market are forecasted to grow further with an active investor outlook wanting to deploy more capital through direct investment and joint venture partnerships. This is the first role in finance and you'll be tasked with keeping all the financial information up to date and ensuring that this is administered and maintained accordingly. Finalising the annual tax returns and other statutory compliance returns will be key, including the administration of coordinating and documenting meetings to ensure financial affairs are correctly managed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified with strong interpersonal skills to liaise with senior management for the wider business alongside the senior leadership team. You will ideally have experience of working in a family office or a small real estate business, with knowledge of fundamental financial and management reporting. In addition, a good interest and understanding of correctly administering financial information will support your ability to complete tasks on a timely basis. Strong Excel capabilities will be required daily, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this welcoming, professional environment.
