Accountant

Your new company
You'll be working for an industry leading construction company that are involved in a variety of high value, high profile projects nationwide.

Your new role
You'll be working as an Accountant and will be responsible for project accounting, general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT, financial reporting, data cleansing, cost analysis, audit preparation and recharges.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need between 2 and 5 years of recent experience ideally within construction or engineering doing project accounting. You'll need to be a part qualified or qualified accountant with excellent knowledge or general ledger. You'll need to be numerate with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You'll need to have a comprehensive understanding and experience with VAT returns, inter-company accounting, IFRS 15 and 16 and project accounting. You'll also need to have strong Excel skills.

What you'll get in return
You'll be needed on an ongoing basis and will be paid £150-£225 per day on a weekly payroll. You'll work 37.5 hours a week for an industry leading, highly regarded company. You'll be working in an excellent office space with parking on site.
